Composition of the Mill
Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevators are continuous transport equipment with a flexible traction body in the form of a belt and they are designed for vertical transportation of grain. Can be used in multiple stages of the milling process, bucket elevator is an integral part of grain processing line and helps reduce footprint of the groat mill in general.
Grain Cleaner
Grain cleaner serves a role of a final cleaning stage before grain gets processed. This is a stage where any remaining foreign matter (large or small) will be removed. Seed cleaner is sized depending on volume and throughput of the entire mill.
Receiving Hopper
Receiving hopper ensures smooth transition of grain from grain cleaner to dehuller.
Dehuller
Abrasive dehuller is designed for hulling and grinding grain of wheat, barley, peas, corn and millet. Grain hulling and grinding in the machine is carried out by abrasive discs with intensive removal of husks and flour from the working chamber into the aspiration system.
Cyclone
Cyclone containing an airlock helps with containing dust and removing it from the milling process.
Diverter Valve
Diverter valve helps direct flow of product to the desired direction to help achieve efficient use of space.
Grinder
In this stage of the milling process the grinder is being used to grind whole kernels of grain.
Splitter
Pea splitting machine designed for processing peas into groats.
Screen Grain Cleaner
Screen based grain cleaner designed for sorting hulling and grinding products, as well as for monitoring waste and finished products in the grinding department of groats mill.
Magnetic Separator
Magnetic separator is utilized in this stage of the grain processing to ensure any foreign metal objects are eliminated from the final product.
Cyclone
Cyclone containing an airlock helps with containing dust and removing it from the milling process.
